Our ownership of the Blue Lobster Grille, formally known as the Greenery started back in 2000. We had always dreamt of having our own business, especially on the hospitality field and back then, without having any idea of what the future would bring us, my wife and I started working at the Greenery(Blue Lobster Grille) as a dishwasher and food prep cook. Working hard for almost 9 years when the previous owner decided to retire from his role at Blue Lobster of owner and went looking for someone with the same passion and love for seafood that he had carried all these years. It was at this point an offer was made to my wife and I to take over the ownership of Greenery, changed the name to Blue Lobster Grille and our dream of owning our own business was born.
While following the traditions of practices of the previous owner and incorporating a little of our Brazilian culinary background, we took on the challenge of severing our unique flavors with classic seafood to form a explosion of mouth watering dishes to a people of Rockport and beyond. Today we are the very proud owners of the Blue Lobster Grille, a company known for its roots in the freshest, most affordable seafood in New England.
